How To Make A Reservation

It's quite easy.
First - email us from the reservations page, the property you would like. We will email you, after confirming availability and putting it on hold for you (we can hold your choice for 5 days), send you a reservation invoice form which you must complete and FAX back to us.
On this invoice will be instructions to wire your payment to our Lucca office. We require a 25% deposit to confirm your reservation. Please provide us with an email of when the wire is sent to Lucca, and the amount. In the description field for the wire please have your name, the rental and the week(s). Sorry we do not take credit cards or personal checks at this time.
We will send you a note when in receipt of the wire.
FYI - Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, and at that time we will send you the arrival documents along with many other things.

What Is The Payment Schedule

To confirm your property, a 25% deposit is required.
25% is again due 90 days prior to your arrival date. We will remnind you, but you may wish to pencil that into your calendar.
Balance of the final 50% is due 65 days prior to your arrival date.
You may wish to pay more at any time, to reduce the cost of wiring, that is up to you. Sorry, you can not pay less than that required above. Failure to pay on time can render your reservation cancelled and there is no refund for failure to pay balance due.

Cancellation

We recognize that sometimes that after making our plans, life takes us in another direction. "We make plans and the Gods laugh," they say. We have an official cancellation policy that is in effect (see below) from the moment you wire a payment, but unlike other companies out there, we will try to work with you to make your vacation come true. It depends on the circumstance and the final say of the owner. Cancellations do not happen often, and we recognize that. See our Terms For Renting for clarity and a full representation. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you take cancellation insurance for your vacation. We recommend the following reputable third parties:

Travel-Ex for our Canadian guests
Travel-Ex for our UK & Continental guests.

Cancellation Fees

Our official cancellation fees are as follows:
10% cancellation fee applied to the total cost from the moment we receive money, to 90 days prior to arrival date.
50% cancellation fee applied to the total cost from 90 days prior to arrival date.
100% cancellation fee applied to the total cost from 60 days prior to arrival date.

Are Prices In Euro?

Yes prices are in euro, and all payments wired by you to our bank in Lucca will be in the equivalent based on Euro/Your Currency for the day. Example: the payment is 1000 euro, the rate for USD on that day is 1.35 USD to 1 Euro. The amount wired would be 1350 USD.

Do We Get The Keys Here?
No, you will meet the owner or caretaker on arrival. Usually between 3 - 6 pm the day of your check in. They will have the keys. All is well defined in the arrival docs you receive, and remember - we have concierge for you.
