It is our goal to provide a "turn-key" experience in what we call "affordable luxury." Therefore, at no additional charge comes your own Lucca Concierge. Our concierge lives in Lucca, is a travel professional, speaks English and Italian with complete fluency, knows our owners, our program director, the properties and knows where you are, when you arrive by train or plane (when you provide us with that information) and will act as your assistant in a smooth vacation - ergo reservations at restaurants, tours, tickets, arranging chauffer, guides and transfers. Basically they know everything.

OUR CONCIERGE SERVICE

"So what is this concierge" you ask?
Let us go straight to what you get as part of your reservation!

Our concierge, which comes with every reservation provides:
• Stocking of your rental for the first 2 days from a completed list you provide us (cost of food/water/wine not included)
• Car reservation arrangements with Auto Europe prior to arrival if required or requested
• Call day/night of arrival
• Call mid-week
• Call on Friday
• Restaurant reservations when required;
  Menu of tours/appointments that can be arranged and reservations:
  1. Spa
  2. Day at Montecantini
  3. Cook at house
  4. Walking tour of Florence
  5. Cooking lessons
  6. Vineyard tour and lunch
  7. Chauffer service

We recommend you purchase or bring a GSM telephone number, which number we will need from you in case your rental does not have a telephone (not all do).

We also recommend your purchasiung Travel Protection Insurance from Access America. They cover you (each person in youir party will have to purchase this to be covered individually) in case of cancellations and health related occurences. Insurance does not come with your concierge service.
